The MBT shoe is awesome, I love the way it feels, and the workout it gives you. Its comfortable to walk in, and is everything they say it is. However, do NOT buy the Tika Boa(this particular one) due to the tie system it uses, it broke after only a few uses. MBT was really good about replacing it with a different pair.

This shoe is excellent for walking/running.
The only drawback is that there are spaces on the shoe where water can enter.
