I bought these shoes because I thought they would be good for someone who stands a lot and they did serve that purpose well. However, they are heavy enough to make walking a little awkward. Also, the leather scuffs very, very easily and discolor around the top edge. Shoe polish fixes them up but if you want a nice looking pair of shoes plan on polishing frequently.
